  • Business Information (B2B): If purchasing on behalf of a sports team, club, or enterprise, we may collect your Company Name and GSTIN for tax invoicing compliance.
  • Financial Information: We do not store your credit card or bank details. All transactions are processed securely through our 256-bit SSL encrypted payment gateway partner (Razorpay).
  • Technical & Usage Data: IP addresses, browser types, device information, and interaction metrics with our youth sports bags and apparel catalogs to optimize our website performance.

 

 

 

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA


Mountain Frogs strictly utilizes your data for lawful business purposes to ensure the efficient delivery of your gear:

  • Order Fulfillment: To process payments, generate GST-compliant invoices, and execute swift delivery through our integrated logistics partners (e.g., Shiprocket).
  • Communication: To send critical updates regarding order confirmation, dispatch tracking, and delivery notifications.
  • Customer Support: To efficiently address any queries, warranty claims, or product inquiries you initiate with our team.

  • Logistics Partners: Your shipping address and contact number are securely transmitted to delivery aggregators (like Shiprocket) to ensure accurate last-mile delivery.
  • Payment Gateways: Authorized financial entities process your payments under strict RBI (Reserve Bank of India) guidelines.
  • Legal Authorities: If required by law, court order, or government regulation within the jurisdiction of New Delhi, India.

 

 

4. Strict Return and Refund Policy (Damage Only)


At Mountain Frogs, we implement rigorous quality control before dispatching our sports apparel, shoes, and merchandise. To protect against fraudulent claims and ensure absolute transparency, we operate under a strict, condition-based return policy.

Returns are ONLY accepted under the following conditions:

  • 7-Day Window: You must report the issue within seven (7) days of receiving the delivery.
  • Damage in Transit Only: Returns or refunds are strictly limited to products that arrive physically damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, size mismatch, or stylistic preference once the order is fulfilled.
  • MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO: To process any return or refund, you must provide a clear, uncut, and unedited video showing the package being received from the delivery partner and subsequently opened. This video must clearly display the original shipping label, the sealed state of the package before opening, and the specific damage to the product inside.

* Failure to provide this uninterrupted unboxing and pickup video will result in the immediate rejection of the return/refund request. No exceptions will be made.
